Bungendore Wood Works Gallery
There is something quintessentially Australian about wood. No one understands this more than passionate woodworker David MacLaren.
David is a master furniture maker who's love affair with woodworking began when he joined Impressions In Wood, a co-operative of woodworkers in Manhattan.
David moved to Australia and set up the Bungendore Wood Works Gallery, specialising in exhibiting and promoting Australian wood art, sculpture, craft and contemporary furniture and fine arts of the highest standard from the country's foremost designer/makers in wood and visual artists.
And don't forget to stop by Café Wood Works. With a relaxed art-space ambience and intimate Lounge Gallery, the food is generous in flavour and portion with local produce sourced wherever possible.
